Request to Book
Once verified, choose your room and send your booking request. What happens next depends on the room type.
Auto-Book- Room is set to instant booking
- Your dates are available
- Booking confirmed immediately — no waiting
Host Approval- Your request is sent to the host
- Host reviews your profile and dates
- Host approves or declines within 24 hours
Pay EazyRoom Fees
Once approved, you'll be prompted to complete your payment securely through the EazyRoom platform.

- Your card on file is charged the platform fee
- A payment receipt is emailed to you instantly
Booking Confirmed
You're all set! Full details of your new home will be emailed to you — welcome to EazyRoom.
