4.3 Analytics Cookies

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our platform — for example, which pages are most visited, how long users spend on the site, and where errors occur. This helps us improve EazyRoom for all users.

EazyRoom uses first-party, consent-based analytics to measure anonymous journey milestones such as chatbot lead capture, signup opening and account creation. We store a random identifier named eazyroom.analyticsSession.v1 in local storage so events from the same browser can be counted as one journey. It does not contain conversation text, email addresses, phone numbers or account identifiers. The identifier remains until you reject analytics in Cookie Settings or clear browser storage. No analytics events are sent unless you opt in.

4.4 Marketing and Advertising Cookies

Marketing cookies are used to track visitors across websites and display relevant advertisements. EazyRoom intends to use marketing tools in the future, which may include:

Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to measure the effectiveness of ads on Facebook and Instagram

Google Ads — to track conversions and serve relevant ads on Google

Other advertising platforms as added over time

No marketing or advertising cookies are currently active on www.eazyroom.ie.
